<P>Could any one help me to know, In my case of InN and InAs ZB phase: </P>

<P>1. The band gap is zero but their is spliting in valence band near fermi energy.</P>
<P>2. But the density of states shows the band gap of 0.3 and 0.5 eV respectively.</P>
<P> </P>
<P>why this difference takes place both in InN and InAs.</P>
