<P>Could any one&nbsp;help me to know, In my case of InN and InAs&nbsp; ZB phase: </P>

<P>1. The band gap is zero but their is spliting in valence band near fermi energy.</P>
<P>2.&nbsp; But the density of states shows the band gap of 0.3 and 0.5&nbsp;eV respectively.</P>
<P>&nbsp;</P>
<P>why this difference takes place both in InN and InAs.</P>
