This Plasma frequency in option 6 is for metals and intraband transitions (Drude model).<br><br>What you mean is the plasma frequency in semiconductors.<br><br>Plot the eloss function and you will see your peak. This Plasma frequency is related<br>to a zero in epsilon1.
