<div>I am new to Wien2k and a bit struggled to compile it with ELPA (Wien2k 18.2 in Ubuntu 18.04). Based on your extensive experience, is ELPA required in the sense that lapw, cell relaxation, NMR ,..etc computations will not be conducted unless the library
is installed?</div>
