[Wien] question about parallel run

Dear w2k developers,

my 2 cents start 'ere ...

The "parallel" section of the wien2k user guide needs to better explain
how to use and combine k-point and MPI parallel versions.

end of my 2 cents...

That said, a search of the digests is not that difficult and does answer
most questions. It's just a little awkward when one's using a large
multi-user system and runs into trouble and needs to point to wien2k
documention for the sysadmin.
