[Wien] large energy oscillation

I experienced the same problem, and it turned out to be a conjested NFS
(tru64 unix).
 
Some program outputs just never made it to the output files. This would
confuse WIEN for a few cycles but then everything returned to normal until
the next NFS hangup.

Now I run everything on one node and only use the local filesystem, and 
WIEN works fine.
