[Wien] NAN in outmat

Dear Wien users,
 
I am trying to calculate optical properties . I have followed the UG carefully but on executing
x joint
I got the message "something wrong with unit 3 in case.outmat".  I inspected the file case.outmat and found NAN written all through.
 
Please can someone help?
