Dear Wenhui Xie and Wien users in general,

Coming back to the issue of compiling fortran programs on RedHat8.0/9 (i.e
with glibc 2.3).  Having followed Wenhui Xie's hack to the letter I am
still having problems compiling the Wien code.

Has anyone managed to make this work?
