I don't really think this will work, as I get the error when using the 
precompied binaries, too. Probabyl it's not a memory problem, as people have 
reported that they don't have segfaults with small numbers of k-points. I set 
that to 100 for the TiC-example but still get that error (segfault with the 
precompiled binaries, address error with the self-compiled ones).
