[Wien] error about shared libraries

Sorry, I can't send you this library, since it is a protected part of
the pgi compiler. In addition, my and your version might not even be
compatible. This is part of the pgi compiler and you must have it
(if you have a fully installed and licenced pgi compiler). Check it or
ask your system administrator.
