[Wien] lib-4001 error

dear users,

often I have this error in dstart, lapw0, lapw1 or lapw2, like this:

lib-4001 : UNRECOVERABLE library error
 
Encountered during a sequential unformatted READ from unit 10	# <- just
an exemple of error
Fortran unit 10 is connected to a sequential unformatted  file:
  "/tmp/CNT0400.vector"  
IOT Trap
Abort (core dumped)
0.6u 0.0s 0:00 93% 0+-0k 0+-3io 0pf+-0w

the error is not for the .vector files , can be another files not stored
in tmp (and depends of course on the program is running)...
I don't know why I have this error because I can have it for exemple
calculating the DOS (as in the exemple) after a succesful SCF...

I have the error often also in dstart before doing the SCF, but if I try
many times, finally at a time I havn't the error...
if you have any suggestions, please tell me.
