[Wien] k-parallelization IV

You need to allow for rsh connections (change security level), or change 
the the "set remote = " line to ssh in stead of rsh in all the para 
scripts - it can be done with siteconfig_lapw.

Then ssh to your machine in order to generate a key, and that should 
make it work, I hope
