[Wien] compilation with ifc 7.1 and -static option

Dear Peter Blaha,
thanks a lot for your hint on how to specify library path without root
permissions.
Now by using linux ifc 7.1 library I can exectute without error the linux
compiled code on freebsd.
I am now running the benchmark in 308 s that is much better!!
I will try the goto library and I will tell you the new benchmark time soon.
