[Wien] Problem compiling cif2struct on hp machines

I remember seeing something like this on an HPUX 10.3 system. Edit the
offending lines with the "&" so they are shorter in total length, and I
seem to remember (some time ago) that this works.

N.B., I suggest that you use -R8 +r8 in the compilation.
