[Wien] Problem compiling cif2struct on hp machines

Unfortunately it is in DOS format, not Unix (Linux).

Under Linux a utility dos2unix converts it properly, if you don't have it,
you may be able to change it by ftp it to windows with bin-mode and back
to Unix with ascii mode.

I'll fix it with the next update.
