Can you specify which version of ifort you are using?  I have seen many 
similar errors.

The compilers are no longer free (see the intel site for their new definition 
of "noncommercial", in short: working scientists may no longer use their
compilers for free).  The latest free version I saw available is version 
l_fc_p_8.0.034.  If you are using that one, I would suggest trying a newer 
one.  I think the latest version is l_fc_pc_8.0.046_pe050.1.
