I believe Peter already explained?
Define both as a link to the file without 'c' (ie lapw1cpara -> lapw1para).
You could just make a copy instead of a link, but then you must remember that when you make changes to one script, you should also make them in the other one.

I find both lapw1cpara and lapw2cpara haven't been created after expand_lapw.

Could you tell how to solve the problem?
