[Wien] error in lapw1(allocate error)

Dear users:

I encountered an error when I running lapw1.

Error messenger: 1525-108 Error encountered while attempting to allocate a
data object.  The program will stop

There is no limit to me in system(IBM p650, AIX 5.2, xlf 8.1 memory 16G cpu
8)

file(blocks)         unlimited

data(kbytes)         unlimited

stack(kbytes)        2097152

memory(kbytes)       unlimited

coredump(blocks)     unlimited

nofiles(descriptors) unlimited
