Thanks for your kind help. My problems with Itanium2 + goto are still
unsolved even I followed your suggestions. I will contact Kazushige Goto.

result of my library(x lapw1 -c).

Pentium4(2.25GHz, RDRAM) ... 392.6 sec
Opteron(1.4GHz) 32bit    ... 432.0 sec
Opteron(1.4GHz) 64bit    ... 381.0 sec
Itanium2(900MHz) Single  ... 262.2 sec
Itanium2(900MHz) Dual    ... 192.8 sec
