[Wien] Error of symmetso

Dear all,
         After runsp_lapw converged and using save_lapw saved, during the initso_lapw symmetso appears error message like this:

Encountered during a sequential formatted READ from unit 21
Fortran unit 21 is connected to a sequential formatted text file:
  "oxygen_near_Ti.struct_so"

         And the oxygen_near_Ti.struct_so file contains no any atoms.
And in the attachment is my struct file. Would you please tell me how
