[Wien] Need help about compiling

I had similar problems during the compilation of WIEN2K. It seems that 
ifort (intel fortran compiler 8.0) doesn't work. Instead, try using ifc 
(intel fortran compiler 7.1) without the -static option. Also you need to 
add another file named aaa.c in the fortran compiler directory. Check:
