[Wien] Correlation effects

Hello All

    We all know in WIEN2k.01 version the Hubbard
correction is 
applied before solving the second variational
spin-orbit equations
while in WIEN2k.02 version they done simultaneously.

    My qeustions are

1- Does WIEN2k.03 version treat the corelation effects
the same way
   as WIEN2k.02 version 

2- How do I learn  more about the power of WIEN2k.03
version in comparison with WIEN2k.02 version
