[Wien] K-point split for Scyld Beowulf cluster with diskless node

During installation of WIEN2k using siteconfig, you simple should
specify   bpsh    (instead of   rsh  or  ssh)

The you have to find out which nodes are assigned to your job and write
the corresponding   .machines file on the "fly" as first step of your job
(see faq page at www.wien2k.at)
