[Wien] first run wien2k_4 problem

Look in the file /home/wien2k_4/Source_Code/SRC_lapw1/compile.msg 
Probably you will see there (near the bottom) an error message, 
telling you that the compilation of lapw1 did not succeed. Look what 
the reason for the error is, solve it, compile again, check that now 
you do have the file lapw1 in /home/wien2k_4/Source_Code and run again.
