[Wien] where is the calculated ELNES results

I'm sure you found out already?
 
case.telnes
 
First columns give energy, and broadened and unbroadened spectrum.  For N calculation, the last four columns give s, p, d, and f contribution to the spectrum.

you are right about the first comment, so go RTFM... (sec. 8.11) and
thereafter take a look at the elnes.def and tetra.def files. They will
tell you which files are involved. The mentioned file is one of them, I
think...
