Dear Joachim,

Thanks for the assurance about the certificate.

There is a section titled "Using the https-protocol with w2web", but it 
does not actually say how to invoke https. It mentions putting a 
"keyfile=..." line in w2web.conf, but not the "ssl=1" line which is what 
I had to append to get w2web to use https. (Also, since there is a 
"keyfile=..." line in the default w2web.conf file, I assumed it was 
correctly set without taking a proper look.)
