Dear Wien users,
I am new to WIEN2k and trying to set up Wien2k_05 on Fedora 2.6.9-1.667smp
on Pentium IV. I used the latest fortran compiler V8.1 and Intel math kernel
library V7.2.
Upon running SCF, I noted this "LAPW0 Segmentation fault" in the
case.dayfile. I have searched previous postings on this same problem and had
attempted the suggestion to set stacksize to unlimited. This does not fix
the problem. Stefan's recent posting on April 22, 2005 suggested to
recompile Wien with good 'old' ifc 7.1.
My problem is, I do not have ifc 7.1 and could not find it on Intel website
either - it seemed they no longer support ifc 7.1, only v 8.1. Would anyone
have a copy?
What else can I do to get around this problem?
Regards,
