[Wien] Compile problems in Redhat Enterprise 3

I'm having trouble compiling WIE2k_05 on Redhat Enterprise WS3. I'm
trying to use the Intel ifort and icc compilers, I have versions:

intel-icc8-8.1-028
intel-ifort8-8.1-024
intel-mkl-7.2.1p-3

All the programs have the problem:

/opt/intel_fc_80/bin/ifort: line 31: INSTALLDIR: No such file or
directory

Any ideas on whats wrong?
