Note that the "bug" (not using a processor's features if it does not have
a "GenuineIntel" product code) is (said to be - i did not write the page
i provided that url for) present irrespective of the license under which 
you use the compiler. 
BTW, Intel recently changed the license conditions, so the "for free" 
apparently no longer applies if you receive a salary or funding for 
your project.
