[Wien] w2web configuration

Hi!

after all the installation and configuration processes, I was able to 
connect to the w2web.

however, I do not see the edit account or interface configuration options 
under the configuration.
therefore, I can't add any more accounts ( guess I'm not the administrator 
but the only account)

how do you change the account privilege to administrator?
