The "edit account" option has been abandonned. In current versions of
w2web the philosophy is that each (unix) user runs his own copy of w2web
(ususally on different user selectable ports). Otherwise all files would
be accessible (and therefor vulnerable) to all other users, because w2web 
has no built-in permissions-management.
