[Wien] segmentation fault (core dumped)

during initialization of the calculation,
when I try to generate the kpoint (kgen), I get this error message.

Segmentation fault (core dumped)
0.0u 0.0s 0:00 0% 0+0k 0+0io 0pf+0w

and I see in the kgen.def file:
  8,'mn2as.klist',     'unknown','formatted',0
15,'mn2as.kgen',      'unknown','formatted',0
66,'mn2as.outputkgen','unknown','formatted',0
20,'mn2as.struct',    'old','formatted',0
kgen.def: END

any suggestions on how to find the problem and how to fix it?
