I've seen this myself the first time 2 weeks ago on some new LINUX version 
(gento ?) when starting a job in background using w2web.

Anyway, it seems this does not harm. The calculation was started properly
and this error seems to be due some browser timout ....

Click on   STDOUT or DAYFILE  to see the progress of the scf.
