You should be able to compile using the OPTIONS given in the e-mail 
yesterday:

current:FOPT:-FR -mp1 -w -prec_div -pc80 -pad -ip -DINTEL_VML -xP
current:FPOPT:-FR -mp1 -w -prec_div -pc80 -pad -ip -DINTEL_VML
current:LDFLAGS:-L/opt/intel/fce/9.0/lib -L/opt/intel/mkl/8.0/lib/em64t

current:R_LIBS:-lmkl_lapack -lmkl_em64t -lguide -lguide_stats -lpthread
current:RP_LIBS:-L /usr/local/SCALAPACK -L /usr/local/BLACS/LIB -lpblas
-lredist -ltools -lscalapack -lfblacs -lblacs -lmpi

A few points in general, which may not apply to you:
1. The paths to the compiler and mkl libraries given above will depend 
on the specific installation.
2. These paths must also be included in .bashrc (or .cshrc) :
setenv LD_LIBRARY_PATH 
/opt/intel/fce/9.0/lib:/opt/intel/mkl/8.0/lib/em64t (for .cshrc). For 
bash, use   export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=.....
3. On RHEL 3 it is necessary to use export LD_ASSUME_KERNEL=2.4.1.
4. The limit on the stack size needs to be increased for ifort on RHL9 
and higher:   limit stacksize unlimited (in .cshrc)   or    ulimit -s 
unlimited (in .bashrc)
5. I have found that disabling HT in the BIOS improves the calculation 
speed if using mkl 8.0.
