[Wien] Benchmark

Got it working. Do not notice a big difference in lapw0 (guess it doesn't
use those parts of the mkl that are threaded). The use of
OMP_NUM_THREADS=2 dropped the 2.8 Ghz times for the testcase to 145 s.
This time is excellent considereing the processor is so cheap compared to
Xeon and itaniums
