It is should  be "/opt/intel/mkl70/lib/64" in the ld.so.conf file .

I log on the linux as root and run the command 'ldconfig' by justing typing 
the word in the command window.
The error as followed: 

[root at mqcai ] ldconfig

error: "ldconfig .bashrc could find the command"
May you give me some guesstion once more!
