[Wien] static libraries

There have been a lot of posts on dynamic and static linking throughout the 
last year (please check), for your set-up it is not recommended to use 
-static linking.

In case you realy need static linking, I suggest you should use the latest 
Version of the Intel compiler and mkl. Take care that you use only those 
linker switches that are needed and that they are compatible to youre 
compiler settings. Last not least, check that all your path, LD_Library_Path 
etc. settings are correct.
