Dear Alex:
     Thank you for your help.
>>>export PATH=/opt/intel_fc_80/bin:$PATH
>>export LD_LIBRARY_PATH="/opt/intel_fc_80/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH"
>>export MANPATH="/opt/intel_fc_80/man:${MANPATH}"

I have change the file ".bashrc" and install the wien2k code.
# For ifc7
 export PATH=/opt/intel_fc_80/bin:$PATH
 export LD_LIBRARY_PATH="/opt/intel_fc_80/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH"
 export
LD_LIBRARY_PATH="/opt/intel_fc_80/lib:/opt/intel/mkl70/lib/32:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH"
 export MANPATH="/opt/intel_fc_80/man:${MANPATH}"

or
# For ifc7
source /opt/intel_fc_80/bin/ifortvars.sh
source /opt/intel/mkl70/tools/environment/mklvars32.sh

But the same error for my case:
x lapw1
/home/mqcai/WIEN2K_05/lapw1: error while loading shared libraries:
libguide.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
0.000u 0.000s 0:00.00 0.0% 0+0k 0+0io 29pf+0w
Thank you very much!
Sincerely Cai
