[Wien] sumrules empty!

Dear Wien2k users,

 

I successfully ran the OPTIC program to get eloss, epsilon, etc. But the
sumrules file is empty.

I scanned the entire mailing list, and found similar postings but none
having any reply to this situation.

 

Could anyone tell me what is wrong?
