[Wien] need help in installation

Dear Wien2k users,
I am trying to install WIEN2K ,I was successful until .\siteconfig_lapw.
When I try to run w2web(with command .\w2web and .\w2web[-p xxxx] ) I got error
message says "Environment variable WIENROOT not set!"
Can some one help me to fix the problem.
