[WIEN]How to specify the spin state in 1s orbital

Hi! Happy new year to Everyone!

I tried to study the core level shift due to the photoexcitation of  1s
state of 2 row elements in the periodic table. My problem is how to
specify these special spin state in the case.inst. I'm new to this code.
Can anybody give me a hand? I will specify your contribution in my work.
