[Wien] parallel jobs Dual XEON EM64T machine

Dear WIEN experts,
 
I have an intel Dual XEON EM64T machine. At the moment if I run a single WIEN job, 
it runs on one CPU whiles the other is free. Is it possible to tie up the two CPUs 
so that the jobs run in parallel? If it is possible, how can this be achieved 
(e.g. creating the .machines file e.t.c).
