[Wien] Fine grained parallelism without kpoint parallelism

On most clusters rsh (and ssh) to the nodes works only, if these nodes
are allocated to you (via some batch-job)!

How about passwordless ssh ?? (ssh-keygen (without passphrase))

mpi jobs also work via an ssh or rsh command, so either the k-point
parallel version can be made working, or the mpi Version will not run
either.
