[Wien] error in lapw1

[hazem salem]

Dear wien users,
                         I got the follwing error message in lapw1:
   
                         'INILPW' - can't open unit: 18                                                
 'INILPW' -        filename: rh.vsp                                           
 'INILPW' -          status: old          form: formatted                      
 'LAPW1' - INILPW aborted unsuccessfully.
   
  So could someone help me to deal with it
