[Wien] Error compile information in Linux 9.0 system

Dear wein users;
     I compile wien2k_06 in Linux 9.0 system, I use Intel
compiler70+mkl72. After I do ./siteconfig_lapw, I got the error information.
I don't know how to solve it. Anay suggestions would be apprecited!
