[Wien] Error compile information in Linux 9.0 system

Your first job: go into one of the error message files (for instance 
SRC_lapw1/compile.msg) and look at the details of the message. For sure 
you will see hints there how to solve it. You might want to look also at

provided by G. Fecher.
