[Wien] lapw2 problem on xeon mac

I set gmin=-1D10 early in the code and that cleared up one problem. I m
still getting an illegal instruction in lapw2 for more than 2 k points.
I'm not sure if it could be due to the stack size. The problem there is
that for a reg user it doesn't seem possible (read I haven't figured how
to) to set stack size to unlimited. Most I could change it to was 16384.
