Sorry, I had it not seen correctly, emt64 libraries will for sure not run on your Pentium M

so you have to use:
-lmkl_lapack -lmkl_ia32 and the correct path to the libraries in -L\path

did you write -03 (- Zero three) instead of -O3 

The compile time may be caused by the low memory.
with full optimization, like you use, it takes on my Pentium M760 with 1GByte 5-10min.
