[Wien] lapw0_mpi for dual cores

lapw0_mpi runs nicely and efficient on dual cores, but even
gigabit ethernet is sufficient.
Note: parallelization is over atoms, thus when you have 11 atoms it is
significantly slower than whith 10 atoms on one doal core.
However, overall lapw0 does not take too much time in most cases.
