[Wien] About Parallel job

Dear wien2k users,

 I installed wien2k on all of clients in same address and I defined a common
home directory for user. similar to NIS user !
but when run on parallel mode I envisage this error:
*Connection refused .... Trying krb4 rsh...*

Please guide me !
