[Wien] problem in ORB using IFORT 10.1.x

Dear wien users,

I have noticed a problem with orb, generated with ifort 10.1: *vorbup 
and *vordn are (nearly) empty.
On the other hand, with ifort 10.0 everything seems to be fine.
